Can't watch the Age-Restricted Video due to new age-restriction policies

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. I open the Show Age Restricted Content option*
2. I search the age-restricted content I want to watch*
3. Then the message error pops-up says that can't play the content due to YouTube's New Age-Restriction Policies*

Expected behavior

Just a video wouldn't play. That's it

Just the video wouldn't play.
