Add color palette on Newpipe

Feature description

Since Samsung have a feature called "color palette" that matches the colors from the wallpaper applied from the home screen, they extract (the colors) them and apply the color to their UI. So I want Newpipe to match the color of the wallpaper and apply them to their UI

Why do you want this feature?

Having the basic red color on the Newpipe UI, it's better to follow the wallpaper colors that is applied system wide which will look nicer and better.
