Deal with error notifications on Android TV

@Stypox Can it be made so that errors which would generate error notifications on handhelds are made to open the error activity on TV instead?

Audric gave another idea: provide a menu in settings that lets the user access the error notification history since the app was last opened. I think this could also be set to a time limit like one day, one week, one month, etc.

Oh, and this alternative would need to show the user a toast, like "An error occurred. Open the list of errors in settings to view it". Or it could be a snackbar that directly provides a button to open the 'error notification history' page.
