Compass calibration problem on CM-10.2.1

I'm running CM-10.2.1-apexqtmo, Compass seems to be pointing to wrong direction. Of course I was trying calibratiing using some applications but it doesnt seem to help.
Comparing to other devices the error is about 90 degrees.
Here is attached screenshot where real north is at the top of the screen.

I found there were some issues ( #7 ) with this, but it seems to be fixed long ago.
