Disable alternative HW keyboard layouts

There's selections for intl hw keyboard layouts like US English and many others, that all break the keylayout files. There's no reason to have any such selections so we should disable them so that users can't pick a keyboard layout that then breaks shift/alt and whatnot.

What this mean? What is the "selection of hw keyboard"?

System settings > Language & Input > Physical Keyboard > sec_keypad > Set up keyboard layouts
is what was meant. Selecting any one (even english) breaks the layouts.
