🛠️ 세부 내용

도움 인증이 성공적으로 이루어졌을 때, 해당 요청글은 더 이상 지도에서 안 보이게 설정

✅ 할 일

Help 모델에 is_deleted 필드 추가 (기본값 false)
도움 인증 성공 시 해당 요청글의 is_deleted를 true로 변경
도움 요청글 목록 조회 시 is_deleted가 false인 요청글들만 조회
