This happens in all versions of the mod, in Minecraft Java Fabric 1.21.1.

I can click buttons and here the sounds, but the loading screen is in the way.

Make sure that your resource pack has no error.
You can find errors in the log. Also, feel free to send the logs/resourcepack, I can check for errors !
