In this wiki, you will find the tutorials to perform the practical part of this course.
The course is divided into 5 practical sections as follows:
-
Section 0: Create a Galaxy account and get the data
-
Section 1: Quality control and pre processing
-
Section 2: Aligment to the reference Genome
-
Section 3: Expression estimation and differential expression
-
Section 4: Downstream Analysis
Click on the modules to explore them! 🔍
In the Practical sections, we will apply the theory associated with data analysis. Our pipeline will combine several open-source bioinformatics tools which are gold standards for RNA-seq analysis. The main goal of the practical sections is to get familiar with the use of the Galaxy platform for RNA-seq data, understand the rationale behind the different part of the analysis and get a pipeline on your galaxy account that can be useful for your future analysis.
