We show crowdloan rewards information based on relay chain and parachain id.

This means the information is incorrect when new crowdloans are created for existing parachain ids (e.g. Clover recently had a self-funded crowdloan)

We should add an expires field to baserow, and remove any expired rewards information from the portal.
