The plugin offers only the resolutions that youtube offers.
What is your receiver and image?
If your image does not support dash playback, install from feed plugin serviceapp, restart receiver, choose in youtube plugin settings exteplayer as the default player and try.

I've an enigma2 box with arm proc and VTI image VU Uno4k SE.
I wondered what happened because it worked extremely well until beginning of July.
I'll try serviceapp and exteplayer after my holidays. Thanks a lot for your answer

I now installed serviceapp, and configured Youtube with dash on and exteplayer -> the stream doesn't start anymore, the box freezes for 30-60 seconds

As far as I know, VTI is a very old image with minor plugin improvements in updates, without major improvements in enigma.
I assume that on feed could also be a very old version of serviceapp.
I think your receiver supports multiboot.
I recommend try some newer image in multiboot (OpenPli, OpenATV, etc...).
