Describe the bug

_Subtitle0# named files are not renamed properly in a single scan. Two scans are needed.

Expected Behaviour

ORIGINAL_FILE_NAME_Subtitle0# gets renamed to NEW_FILE_NAME on first rename.

Current Behaviour

When a subtitle with format ORIGINAL_FILE_NAME_Subtitle0# is detected it gets renamed to NEW_FILE_NAME_Subtitle0# and after another scan it gets detected and finally gets renamed to NEW_FILE_NAME.
