Sharing data with Hermes requires either Instrument or Telescope for each data point.

In these cases (Getting data from a broker, or forced photometry) we SHOULD know the instrument and telescope used to collect the data. We need to include this data in an expected way such that it is displayed in tables and shareable with Hermes.
