Summary

I would like to refactor our general TOM modules to be more similar to the facility/broker modules in that a custom template is not required for installation.

Tom Base

We would establish general "points of contact" for modules and installed apps in the templates. When the relevant template is loaded, it would search through the installed TOM apps for the apps default access location.

Tom Modules

The module would contain a function or property defining where and how the module's code should be accessed. (i.e. a facility button should show up on the target detail observation tab.)
