Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The NASA Exoplanet Science Archive (NExSci) offer a TAP service which enables queries of their data holdings, which are vital for exoplanet science. They have produced a Python package, nexsciTAP, which enables queries to this service.

Describe the solution you'd like
Functionality in the TOM Toolkit to enable the user to search the NExScI data holdings and retrieve data for ingest into their TOM.
