[Feature Request] Export to RomFS

A TKCL can be installed by itself and then you can get a full mod folder setup, but I'd like to request maybe an option under developer tools where you can just select an installed already mod or a new tkcl file and have it spit out a zip of the full mod without having to make a new profile, I'm basically requesting the "BNP TO STANDALONE" feature that was in BCML, and if possible an upgraded version where you can where you can pick out a random installed mod and either have it make a zip of the full mod or new tkcl file.

For the record, installed mod to TKCL is under Mod > Export
