A significant amount of people are finding TKMM through search engines. A lot of search engines direct to either the GitHub releases page, or the TKMM Wiki downloads page. Neither place says up front that .NET Core is required, requiring people to dig around for why their application is crashing.
A info card could be added to both the GitHub Releases page and the TKMM downloads page, to guide the user to download ,NET Core. It is mildly duplicated information as the Getting Started page mentions it: however there are a handful of users who do not read that page, and there are no direct links to it from GitHub Releases page.
