The README should clarify that the tutorial explains about flow cytometry (at a developer level), while the templates are the "Quick start" for getting into usage.

It may also be helpful to include in the README file with pointers to available documentation:
Such as:

  • TASBEflow community for posting questions, FAQ or Trouble shooting ideas
  • What to expect for each plot generated by the templates
