In line with standard-GEM, Sco-GEM, yeast-GEM, rhto-GEM, change from the full species name (Yarrowia_lipolytica_W29-GEM) to yali-GEM. Drop the i.

To do:

  • change repository name (old name will forward to new name)
  • change name in all auxiliary functions
  • change name in model files
