Standardize curations by defining a tempate curation script (inspired by https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/Sco-GEM/blob/master/code/curation/vx.x.x_template.py), where the latest release from master is modified according to reproducible scripts. In contrast to the example from Sco-GEM that works with cobrapy, for iYali this will work with RAVEN.
