Missing CDNs

Here's a short list of some CDNs I've seen on a fairly regular basis while browsing, which would be nice if they were covered by Decentraleyes:

maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com - I'm seeing this one all over the place
ajax.cloudflare.com - Doesn't seem as common as the first one, but still fairly popular
cdn.krxd.net - Appears to be related to advertising/tracking, but I had a website (unfortunately can't remember which one) lose real functionality when blocking it, so unfortunately that's not an option
