Description

Updating bazarr 1.2.4 => 1.3.0

Corresponding release notes are here: https://github.com/morpheus65535/bazarr/releases/tag/v1.3.0

So far the only "worrying" change was

Replaced peewee with sqlalchemy as ORM. This is a major change, please report related issues on Discord.

which doesn't seem to be impacting
