text entered in "RDP Part Name" field is used for Short Name

Here's an example.

To make this blindingly obvious, I entered "RDP Part name" in that field and "short" in the RDP Part short name field.

In addition, when you Export this file, it's saved as "X-RDP Part name-Z' " instead of as "X-short-Z' "

Found by Oxford user during UT SPR014-01, but this same issue happens in beta as well.
