Cards showing wrong category on refresh

Describe the bug
Two issues actually

1. The cards keep changing positions sometimes when you refresh, it seems to be on the ones which have a similar time set (maybe it's confusing it cause there's multiple cards with the same time, ex. the two 2 hour cards keep getting confused as to which one to put first)

2. When you refresh some notes get a category when you didn't assign one to them, it's not permanent, if you refresh again they go away but I thought it's definitely worth mentioning

To Reproduce
Have cards
Don't put labels/categories on them
Have categories on some
Refresh a couple times

Versions (please complete the following information)

• Nex Notes: 1.7
• Android: 13
