[BUG] - Enter Email Address alignment error

Current behaviour

When you click on "Community" in the navbar and scroll down in the footer the "enter email address" option seems fine but when I click on the "Contact-Us" option and scroll down to the footer, the "enter email address" option is misaligned as you can see in the screenshots.

Expected behaviour

After I make changes the enter email option will look absolutely fine whenever we scroll to the footer in the "Contact-Us" section.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'Navbar'
2. Click on 'Contact-us'
3. Scroll down to 'Footer'
4. the alignment of enter email address box is misaligned
