Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

On the pricing page on navigation to the price containers there is no animation responding to the users cursor.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Based on the movement of the user's cursor price container should be highlighted. It can be either done be increasing its size or by glow effect.
