when wall conquest ends between 2 guilds, the losing guild can't apply again as schedule stays "In Progress" after the end of conquest.

another thing that I'm curious about.. is it meant for any other guild to join the conquest (and be able to actually win the conquest) other than the owner of Sabuk Wall and the guild that applied?
