Hi @manzarul

For Julia Computing test environment we have created root orgs, sub orgs & users through API successfully and when we tried login as the user we are getting the error "Something went wrong, please try in some time"....

Can you pls look into this? for additional information please get in touch with [email protected] or [email protected]

Thanks,
Thillai.

@kochhar ,
Announcement is not setup here that's why https://sunbird.juliacomputing.io/announcement/v1/user/inbox api is throwing 502 error,
@gsbajaj72 ,
Can you help @thillaibirla to enable announcement

@manzarul @gsbajaj72 announcements should not throw errors if it is not enabled. a user of sunbird must be able to use it without enabling announcements. please add a FAQ to the sunbird install docs with the details of this error and the required steps to resolve.

@manzarul , @gsbajaj72 , @kochhar -- since at the moment we dont have any other better way to fix/disable the issue, we will try creating announcements based on the developer documentation given in the sunbird.org site. We have contacted the devops team, they are not aware of this issue. will keep you posted on the progress. in case if you guys find a resolution please update us. Thanks.

@manzarul , @gsbajaj72 , @kochhar - still the issue is not resolved. We created an announcement under ORG_001 and tried but we are facing the same error

On investigation I found that the announcements module is not able to get user profile which is leading to these issues.

@thillaibirla @gsbajaj72 , when we make a call to get user profile under announcement module , are we passing the correct url , just to confirmation. Because when we call get user profile from portal login it's working.
