-Allows you to connect with your SIP SBC/PBX over udp, tcp or tls
-Can be used as a replacement for real agents to perform company Agent response/Quality tests when setup in an auto answer mode
-Report on Packet loss, Jitter buffer, Internet Speed,Wired or wireless Internet connection, Public IP with Location, CLI at the time of the call in the call detail records stored locally
-Can be setup to dialout company DIDs' for Outbound testing in background.
-When making manual calls, can identify wether the audio source was Headset or Laptop Mic/Speaker
