How to Setup Watson

Big note for IBM Watson, the free tier only allows for 10,000 character per month. Paid tiers ar $0.02 USD per 1000 characters. Watson adds an additional 50 voices, so be aware if they are in your random voice list!

1. Signup for an IBM Cloud Account [https://cloud.ibm.com/registration/]
2. Go to the Text to Speech page in the IBM Cloud Catalog. [https://cloud.ibm.com/catalog/services/speech-to-text]
3. Log in to your IBM Cloud account.
4. Click Create and follow along.
5. Goto [https://cloud.ibm.com/resources] and find the service you just created.
6. Under credentials, click Download, and save this .env file.
7. In TwitchSpeaker for Watson, pick this file, and enable Watson.
