Before Reporting

• I found no existing issues matching my bug
• I found no existing issues matching my bug on the Millennium Repo
• I completely restarted Steam and checked if the bug is still there
• I have checked if I use the latest version

Describe the Bug!

Bug 1:
If you make the steam window smaller and not full screen, the interface slides down and it doesn't look very good

Bug 2:
If you go to the library, then go to another section so that the side menu with games appears, right-click on the game, the interface will be cut off.

Expected Behavior

Bug 1:
I expect the interface to not slide into each other

Bug 2:
I expect that the interface will not be cut off, but will be adjusted on top.

Steps To Reproduce

Bug 1:

1. Open Steam
2. Minimize Steam (not FullScreen)
3. Look.

Bug 2:

1. Open Steam
2. Open Library, then open other page (ex. Store)
3. Right-Click on the game
4. Look.
