New widget that shows how old the last analysis of the project is (SONARWIDLB-2) #5

On big instances like Nemo, it's not obvious at first sight to understand that the dashboard you are seeing is (for instance) 3-month old.

It would be nice to have a widget that:

displays the age of the last analysis
shows this age in orange or red based on some configuration of the widget
