Since discovery data retrieved from the API is translated, when the user changes the UI language using the top right menu, discovery data should also be reloaded to get the metrics names in the proper language as well as the geolevels name.

The following screenshot shows how the interface looks after changing from browser's catalan to menu's spanish. Notice the dropdowns still showing metrics name and geolevel in catalan.

We are talking about the language of the ui, not the language of the generated query.
