Print by object - After the first N layers

I'm new to 3d printing so I don't know if this would be a bad idea, but I think it would be nice when loading up a long print with multiple objects that need to be printed sequentially, to be able to get the base layers for all objects done at the start. I presume that once the base layers are done, the success rate for the print goes up substantially.
