Future Implementation -- Convert to R Table Button

Before data is moved from the cloud (forestgeo app) to the stored SI server in Herndon, it needs to be processed through R. With this in mind, there should be a "completion" button after a census is done that converts the existing data in the schema to an R-compatible format such that it can be easily uploaded and used with existing R scripts.

• Need to meet with Jess Shue and Milton at SERC to get a better grasp of what this means/how to approach this.
• Currently, Python notebooks are being used for processing to/from R. May need to integrate that into app as well
