Page 11 in 2.59 version of the KERI Whitepaper:
"As a further example, a GS1 SGTIN is a hierarchically structured 23 character string [16; 17; 25; 26; 28; 30; 56]. An example SGTIN may be expressed as follows: "
etc...

Why do you use the exact same example AID for both the GLEIF and GS1?
EXq5YqaL6L48pf0fu7IUhL0JRaU2_RxFP0AL43wYn148

That might be confusing, because it suggests that there is a control relation between the two.
