Describe the bug
When an LMS admin makes an LTI integration request, Slack had been notifying the team in the #proton-admin channel. It no longer sends that notification.

To Reproduce
Make an LTI integration request and note the channel's inactivity.
Here is a screenshot of the last three actions, showing there was no incoming request alert, just a notification that they were approved. The notification above shows the Torus Bot alerting us of the Nassau Community College request.
