Internal Service Error when trying to access a forum on Torus

Describe the bug
This is probably happening because we don't have a fully replicable version of this on Torus. We are rewriting these, I believe, but a good note to look at.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

This is being rewritten manually, so to be clear a tech fix is not needed, but investigation is requested.
