Describe the bug
Arabic in one title is invisible, or small, not sure which.

To Reproduce
Visit this page: https://proton.oli.cmu.edu/authoring/project/elementary_arabic_1_online/preview/lesson_4_short_vowel_shadda__
Following the "shabba" is an arabic character or word that cannot be seen.

NOTE: other pages have functional Arabic titles, and some of them also have quotation marks in them. I'm not sure what is different about this page title.
