When using uptobox or similar sites like that has a timegap for non premium users. So it will be great if the user can specify the time gap for downloading the next file.
Eg: Assume I have 3 uptobox links. The cooldown time is 30 minutes for free users in uptobox. So if user reply to the firse link with command similar to this /m1 -i 3 -z -t 1800 -m test.zip this will start the next download after 1800 seconds.
