Please add a README for the examples, and comments in the examples #220

It's very hard to see what the examples are supposed to do, and which one is a useful starting point for what I want to do, because there are no descriptions of them or comments in them.

I want to have my app send an URL over D-Bus to Tor Browser to have it display an onion page. I don't see any example showing anything like that, or maybe I just don't understand the examples.
