Currently, only the file transfer's source_folder support format specs (like '{pid.pid}'). It is confusing that source folders specified in datasets do not support it. So add support.

This may be a bad idea because we also need a way to specify a verbatim path. If #241 is implemented, the source folder would be set in the file transfer. Then most users would no longer set dataset.source_folder manually.
