investigate creating endpoint datasetsWithThumbnails

To address the FE datasets list performance issue,
we should explore the option to create a new endpoint datasetsWithThumbnails or dataset/with/thumbnails which will act the same as datasets one but will return each dataset complete with the default thumbnail blob in a smaller format.

We could also expand it to return the thumbnails for all attachments.
