Model always on Top when transparent background

Hi,

If I use a Scene with a model on a transparent background (isOpaque = false), the model is always on top during scrolling. It is not clipped to the dimensions of the parent Box.

Problem is related to issue #187 (closed without anserw)
Solution from #306 not working on ^2.x
