pytorch 在 win11 目前下有问题，相关 issue：pytorch/pytorch#131662

你能不能参考这个评论试下手动下载 dll 文件 https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/libomp140_x86_64#google_vignette ，再把它拷贝到 C:\Windows\System32 目录下面试下

PyTorch currently has issues on Win11, related issue: pytorch/pytorch#131662

Can you try manually downloading the DLL file (https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/libomp140_x86_64#google_vignette) referenced in this comment and then copy it to the C:\Windows\System32 directory?
