In several parts of the Guillotine3D.cs there is a wrong checking of dimensions
.....
else if (box.AllowedRotationsY &&
container.Width >= box.Width &&
container.Length >= box.Width &&
container.Width >= box.Length)
return true;
....
I think it should be:
container.Width >= box.Height &&
