Explore how one group compares to another group. For example, how do the characteristics of subjects in the Hy’s Law quadrant compare to those in the “normal” quadrant, or the Temple’s Corollary quadrant to the normal quadrant. For example, using Rho’s Results Over Time display. For each box plot (or violin plot) by visit you could show the distribution for the subjects in the quadrant of interest and then next to it show the distribution at the same visit for the normal quadrant. That way for a given lab value you could see how the trends evolve over time for each group.
