I try this script to create an SAP HANA DB in HA and Also a complete SAP S/4HANA 1909 System from scratch.
Great job really!
Anyway, This process bring to a SAP S/4HANA system released a SPS00, and so, in most of the real world case, after the installation you had to perform an Upgrade (with SUM) to bring the system to the latest Support Package Stack.
This process is a Time consuming task.
So this is a feature request for you:
Why do not build the S/4HANA system from a previusly backup, as a System Copy process - Even from SWPM (but using another path of SWPM during the installation)?
The backup should be provided - into an S3 bucket as we do per EXPORT CD
What about this feature ?
P.

Thanks @picoroma ,
It looks interesting. We will have a look and estimate the effort to implement such an import

The enhancement should start at the end of the deploy process.
As input, you need an additional destination on S3 - for the backup files.
A new variable has to be used in order to evable\disable this feature.
And - IF ENABLED - after the deploy is finished the SAP HANA DB should be restored having this backup folder as source for restore.
I think that that's all!
