7. Wait for checks for library metadata to pass
8. Request review!

• Once sample table validation completed Library metadata has been added

Changed it to CNCB to CNCB-NGDC (https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/) to be more precise in where the data is stored rather than the bigger institution

I would call it GSA: https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa/

As it's the same scheme as ena/sra then
