OK I'm putting MetaDeploy into the nice to have bucket as I think it's too much of a stretch for this first sprint. We can continue to use Andy Fawcett's Install button for now.

MetaDeploy is a way of packaging up a Cumulus CI Script to make it easy to deploy. So we have to start with the Cumulus CI Script and that is a big job in itself.
