How to generate a recipe for PMM Data

I am trying generate data for PMM using SnowFakery and cumulusCI. I am struggling to generate data and following issue as mentioned below
Using reference from https://github.com/SFDO-Community-Sprints/DataGenerationToolkit/blob/main/docs/PMMSampleinstruction.md

1. Add a snowfakery recipe to the datasets directory
2. getting error cannot represent object.

Can someone please advice me in simple step and complete to generate Data for PMM.

Sorry you're having trouble with the recipe. Some of them are complicated to setup for and run (and some have bugs). Can you share the command you ran and the full output from cci (or at least the exact error message text)?

It might also be helpful to know what you did to setup to create the org you're using.

Step 3 Add a snowfakery recipe to the datasets directory : It no where mentioned how to add recipe into dataset folder.
I tried to copy recipe from one of the PMM modules [https://github.com/SFDO-Community-Sprints/DataGenerationToolkit/blob/main/snowfakery_samples/PMM/pmm_0_Account.recipe.yml](Account PMM).
I failed to created or add any data into scratch org.
